How to Quickly Fix Audio Pops on Jump Cuts (Premiere Pro)

If you're editing something like a vlog which relies heavily on jump cuts to remove empty space or mistakes, you're inevitably going to run into some audio pops that occur on the cuts. Whether or not these audio pops occur in your video is one of the surest signs that your video lacks polish.

The simple solution to fix those audio pops is to make a 2-frame audio transition, copy it, then paste it onto each individual cut. 

If you don't have a ton of cuts, pasting individual transitions to fix pops isn't a huge deal.

But if you have a very long vlog, it can be cumbersome to do them individually even with keyboard shortcuts.

If your video has this many cuts you need to smooth out, pasting individually isn't very practical.

Fortunately Premiere Pro lets you select multiple edit points by holding the Command key (Control on PC) then dragging across all the cuts you want to affect, then hitting paste.

Hold Command (Control on PC) then click and drag to select all the cuts you want to affect. Then you can paste a transition onto all of them at the same time!
